Mid-level. This person has prior experience working in a call center, specifically in handling basic troubleshooting procedures and customer walk-thru and may have a background as a team leader.

Level 3 Technical Support Representative(2+ Years Experience) $11/hour

Senior-level. This person has experience in handling a team and has background in providing support to both Level 1 and Level 2 agents as well as accepting call escalations.
